From the northern hills to the southern valleys, we select oils that reflect the character of their land — early harvest depth, structured bitterness, vibrant green color, low acidity, and naturally high polyphenol content. Each oil is cold-extracted and professionally tested. Laboratory results guide our selection process, determining whether a product meets the standards required to be presented on our market.
